This is what I get for every any time I start to install anything or try to open anything significant (msconfig, Vista advanced settings…)
I’ve tried every fix I can find through searching.

I’ve run full scans by malware, spybot, and symantec.

I rest the registry to default settings in safe mode.

Got to restart and everything works fine for a while.

If I restart again or have the computer on for a few hours it ends up FUBARed all over again.

Any help would be awesome. I’m at a loss. I’ve read everywhere and searched everywhere and I can’t find a permanent fix.
It’s somewhere in the permissions I know I’m close but I just can’t get to a permanent fix.

No, everything works fine in safe mode.

So disable all none microsoft services and disable all startup items from safe mode.

Try running http://www.gmer.net/

Remove everything in “C:\Windows\Temp”

Did you run your scans in safe mode? are the scanners up to date?

Oh yea and just for the hell of it try running ComboFix http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/combofix

I’m interested to see the output from GMER however
