I’m not debating CANADA does have them. I’m saying it’s very unlike you’ll see them here because any time someone gets a bruise in the US they immediately think lawyer. All a waiver does over here is prove the owner knew what was going on was dangerous and a good scumbag lawyer will end up using their own waiver against them.
I wanted to get something like this going, but it would be more of a club or cooperative type deal. People buy in to owning it and use it as they need it, or there is a membership fee. Seems less likely that someone would sue if they were part “owner” or if there were some sort of dues to pay.
