North Buffalo = 50/50 mix of whites and blacks
East = black
West = latino and few remaining italians
South = irish people
Suburbs = rich white people
Buffalo IS amongst the most segregated cities in America. I’m not saying this as a matter of opinion, it’s a matter of fact.
