just read this at CNN…
very interesting “new” technology…
i believe the bubble memory “failed” back then because during that time, hard drive technology was more promising and cheaper as well. bubble memory seems to cost alot and appeared too “futuristic” during that era.
i believe that the reason why today this technology sounds more promising is due to the fact that they can produce it in mass amount with reasonable price…
