my brothers friend Greg was just in a bad accident 2 days ago.
his friend took his dads new pickup and was doing 80mph in a 30mph zone, hit a ditch and flipped the truck… everyone was thrown from the truck.
No one was SERIOUSLY hurt but still a lot of blood… and the driver was drunk as hell.

Whether she was drunk or under the influence of any type of narcotic (which we do not know) or not; her driving skills or lack thereof resulted in the death of another person.

.02 is the zero tolerance law that is in place for people under 21. Its a separate charge if the driver is found between .02 and .08. In NYS you are not considered impaired until .08 regardless of age.
but it is ILLEGAL FOR PEOPLE UNDER 21 TO DRINK. It doesn’t matter if they are impaired or not.
