Lol… im not saying that, im saying its just not a DWI, ITS A DIFFERENT CHARGE! Its actually called “Zero Tolerance Violation,” and you only need to report to an administrative hearing as opposed to criminal court. You can still be arrested and still may need to pay fines, but the charge is nowhere near the severity of a DWI.
In this story, the girl was reported as driving while intoxicated and Joe had claimed that .02 and up in this case was considered “intoxicated.” Im just informing you that the state of NY does not define under .08 for ANYONE as intoxicated.
how about everyone stops speculating until her actual BAC comes back? She was charged with DWI at the hospital PENDING the results of the test. The actual charge will depend on what she registers. If she was hammered, flame on. If she was a .03, different story. Then the alcohol had little or nothing to do with it and she was just a shitty driver.
Probably. I know a handful of people who got pulled over for boozin’ and crusin’ under and over the age of 21, they all walked. Could’nt drive for like 6months or something. I know people that have had multiple DWI’s and still have their license.
i love how people still think its ok to drive with .07 or lower. you realize that sure you wont get a dwi, but they can give you a dui if they think you cant handle youself driving.
