what was the cost per sq. ft.? im currently in the middle of designing a 35x55 barn/shop with an upstairs apartment that is around 660 square feet. id like to be able to do this for around 45-50k minus cost for the land but would like to narrow down the figure some more. btw im talking materials and labor cost. main structure and foundation/floor will be done professionally but all interior walls and such i can do as well as all design work. thanks.

When are you planning on having this done? This is something the company I work for is always looking to do. If not mine I know a few framers who would get your main building up no problem.

travis, i actually plan to live in the apartment while i save up to build my log cabin. biged, itll be atleast another year or so im just designing layout and such right now.
