Thought I found the first lifted 3 series over the weekend

Caught up to this on 81 between Watertown and Syracuse.

Turned out it was just BMW’s new crossover. Man it’s ugly from the back. It really looks like a redneck put a lift kit on a 3 series. Not bad from the side though.

i actually think they look good. From a practical stand point, doesn’t look like much head room/storage in the rear, but i’ve never been in one.

404hp Turbo V-8 sounds nice.

New X6, there pretty nice

they’re?

Carpal tunnel is what you get if youre gonna start correcting people on this site about that.

I like the car… I mean truck… I mean crossover… whatever

I think I just threw up in my mouth…

Lifted 318ti?

Boosauce.

damn thats strange

i saw one of these at the gas station in east aurora, there was a soccer mom driving it. the front rims were covered in so much brake debris, it was just an all black rim.

404hp Turbo V-8 sounds nice.

WHAT? no need to turbo a v8 to get 404hp…

4.4L V8. Turbo doesn’t hurt. There is also a turbo I6 available in the base model.

That’s right… the BASE Model is a 300hp 300ftlb turbo 3.0L I6.

lifted e96 3 series on 28’s would be hot.

Saw these in Pittsburgh back in April when i was down there for a graduation but I haven’t actually seen one on the road yet. I don’t know what it worse, this or the Infinity thing

yea ive seen a few around me, made me look twice at first

its the first time (other than the lexus) that SPORT came to mind when seeing an SUV. though I guess they are cross overs not SUVs so they are XUVs?

I saw one at the mini/bmw dealer on main near transit, same color. They look super cramped and definitely ugly from the back. Altho it’s still pretty neat. Price comparison v cayenne/fx?

That V8 sounds like a good time.

So close to the same acceleration as a Cayenne turbo for 40k less? Sounds more appealing all of a sudden.
