i like mostly rubber tires…
hopefully no rider finds himself in such a situation, because it will surely take more than just good rubber to save his ass. a little bit of luck and a whole lot of skill.
I just landed a set of pilot pures a couple weeks ago, I must say im impressed with not only the grip but the overall feel as well. And if you plan on racing on them they are on average 2lbs lighter than other tires, or so michelin says…

Got a buddy that works for JJ cycles… I let him use my bike while his truck was down so in return he fixed the plastic housing around my exhaust servo motor. Clean the chain, detail the bike and give me cost for tires. I’m also letting him race my bike on test and tune days… So if you go to LVD and see a red and black cbr600rr that would be mine lol
Gotcha. In that case HiSpeed’s compacc link is actually a pretty good retail price, lowest I’ve seen for a set of Q2’s.
I talked to CycleGear in NJ and they’re gonna cut me a deal of $199 a set, plus $20 per wheel installation
Now I just need a front stand so I can get these wheels off

where are you getting 2CTs for 240 installed? is that carry in or, having a shop remove the wheels?
tires alone are about 200 from Ronnies and they are the cheapest around.
210 installed… He’s doing absolutely everything need. riding bike in taking rims/tires off and putting new ones on.

I really cant believe the difference… I mean my 08 had brand new tires but nothing like these. and my 07 cbr I have now had used tires on it that weren’t all that good either. BT015 I believe.

Especially for the price you got. That’s what I will be geting unless I find something cheaper.
Got my Q2’s installed today
I can’t say much about the grip since I haven’t really pushed them yet, but I really like the tall profile. The bike just tips in so nicely and effortlessly.
They soak up bumps pretty well too.
