I was, might be old news but thought id post the begining of my interior restoration.
Needed was an old mousepad, knife, good spray glue, leather.
i figured id do my glove box at the same time.
The handle was tricky but once its installed you cant even see the cut out.
Post up some interior mods. Ive done the shift boot and center bezel will post pics after its all clean

Hm, im suprised you didint use foam (the cushion stuff).
More pics, also, when you wrapped the leather, did you staple the ends on the back? Or did you just glue it all?
i just used all spray glue, then the backboard screws it all tight. No imperfections at all looks good. Im out of town till thursday ill post so picks by the weekend.
