does that price included mounting/balance and road hazard warranty?
Blizzak WS-70 from Tirerack.com is 639.46 shipped without(699.18 with) road hazard warranty. so add another 40-60$ for mount/balance.
i came up with a price of 670.58 going off your quote.(and thats with unknown tire brand)
