Tomorrow is going to suck...

With the combined effort of the UPS, FedEx, and DHL trifecta, as well as my generous friend over at turninconcepts, all my parts arrived between friday and today.

Looking at a 7 hour install tomorrow, followed by a bunch of beers.

It’s times like these that I wish I hated motorsports.

nice. need help?

installing performance parts is fun. its repairs that are annoying.

why is that going to suck… i would be excited as hell like a kid on christmas eve…

I’d be out there now putting everything on, and I wouldn’t sleep til it was finished

Geoff - I think we’ve got it, but i appreciate the offer

My buddy Anthony has a pretty nice garage with practically everything but a lift. Airtools will help a great deal.

Installing anything is fun as long as things go smoothly. I am actually very excited.

I hope you’re refering to using the air tools to get the old stuff off, not install the new stuff

list of parts… all i see is a sway and springs

Whiteline 27-29 front, 24-26 rear, race comp engineering springs, kartboy endlinks, GP-N strut mounts, a few miscellaneous parts from H&R, i feel like i’m missing some things, but i’m sure they’re minor.

damnit zong, i dont get to help?

ha, wasn’t about to call you back 400 miles

lol, i see.

good luck with all that…

u make me jealous, ill be working on mine when i get back tho. out with the old, in with the new

I dont see why anyone with a subaru would order parts anywhere else than innovative, well maybe you have some deal working at this other place.

:word: nice though

i think this is the reasoning behind his non-innovative purchases. :gotme:

404 suckiness not found

Days when parts arrive: great
Days when you get to install parts: greater
Days when you get to drive with said parts: greatest.

Have a ball.

yeah, that’s the subframe U-brace being held up by only the impact gun.
(don’t worry, it’s not weight-bearing)

removing it kind of sucked.

[Lots of thanks to my buddy/mechanic Anthony, if you ever happen to look at this.]

The car feels alot flatter, just pussyfooting it home. the rear also feels like it’s going to come around much faster. the ride is pretty stiff, but definitely bareable.

Can’t wait to get it aligned and off these winter tires.

big t-up

Im doing the same exact process to my car. I got everything out in 1 1/2 hrs. record time with no issues (subframe, front suspension and brakes). Then the mother effin ring nuts wont budge so I cant replace the shocks. Now theyr sitting at a mechanic because they cant even figure out how to break them loose so now I cant put my car back together and take it out on this lovely spring-like day.

OT: is anyone having trouble seeing those pictures?
