That explains it. I figured there was no way in hell a stock Evo is beating a Group B car.
The other problem with the comparo is tires. I’m sure the GT40 had slicks, and the Noble at least DOT-Rs, but I’m thinking the rally cars had gravel tires on, not good tarmac tires.
That Noble is barely even a street car, either. That the GT40 could hang with it says alot about how good it still is.
