An OK episode, but still entertaining.
If for nothing more than Ryan Renolds. Dude is actually really funny, and that’s gotta be difficult with someone like Clarkson interviewing you. “It’s like braille down there, Jeremy.”
The whole car chase gag was just further proof of them aiming for too wide a demographic. “oops, we blew up the wrong trailer”. Come on. Their gags are getting painful to watch.

Exactly. I have every episode, 01x01 through 18x03 and I still watch to get my car fix but watching the older ones you realize how much better it used to be.
Wasn’t a huge fan of the latest episode, I was kind of bored through most of it. Hoping for better next week.
The first one this season was great minus the guest. The last one was great only because the guest was good, lol.

Me too. I’d say they really hit their stride between Seasons 5 and 12/13ish, after that they started becoming caricatures of themselves. They’re far better when they are reacting to a situation, not creating it.
Not that anyone gives two shits, but Top Gear USA will be on tonight on the History Channel. It (of course) isn’t TGUK but it’s gotten better in the last season.
When I found myself fast-forwarding through Top Gear USA I decided it was time to stop recording and watching it. There were a few good episodes though.
Just watched 18-3 and it was OK, wasn’t really feeling it.
In regard to Top Gear USA, it’s better than some of the other shit on TV because it involves cars. Also I feel like season 2 was better, and I’ll watch season 3 too.
