I just did the timing belt/water pump less than 3k miles ago, and replaced the front o2 sensor about 5k ago.
The car runs great and really pulls for being a smaller turbo.
The bad - the rear quarters are starting to bubble and show some rust. The trunk lid also has a few spots that will start to rust soon around the bottom edge. The car has your normal dings from daily driving but nothing major.
The pass side skirt is missing (someone stole it i’ guessing).
I bought the car at around 114k miles and have put a lot of money/time into her. I can’t even count all of the preventative maintenance I have done on the car. I only run shell rotella-t oil and pureone filters (correct oil pressure).
My wife hates the car and I no longer have the time/money to keep her looking good. She needs some tlc and someone that is willing to make a 11yr old car shine.
I am open to trade offers but really have my eye on a 02-03 type-s 6 speed (stock pref, or close to stock as I can find).
