being a volunteer…those sounds break my heart. I have many freinds and family that are in the fire service and my prayers are always with them!
I volunteered at Pitcairn #2. In that time I onle experienced one “good” house fire. Thank god noone was home bc it started in the bedroom.
Videos like this make you think of how important those men and women are to do work like that…and not get paid!
Take this video and remember it when your local FD sends you letters during their donation time…and when your to lazy to roll down your window to throw some extra change in a boot…think about your house, your belongings, and your family…
My husband was Wilkins #1 VFD for 20 years. I can’t say enough on how brave these men and women are to put their own lives on the line.
