sounds like you got a raw deal… i had a “big” 16g at my house that came off a DSM my roomate had, turbo had under 1k miles on it, and the compressor wheel ended up being out of balance and got destroyed, it was a SBR turbo

my turbo had less than 130 miles on it. severe lack of oiling due to the previous owners cobb jobbed attempt at sealing an oil pan… red/orange rtv suckied into the oil pump pickup tube and clogged all oil flow… cooked my shit faster than touching a glowing exhaust manifold
