“Wait Till Spring m0therpuckers!”

why… is your dsm fast?

He doesn’t own a DSM.

Runs 9s with a boost controller mod.

:aww

this is the ONE time that its a valid comment.

i had insurance on the car when this happened. the agent checked the car out i guess and claimed the car was " highly modified" which could have caused the fire… thus the modifications were not covered under the insurance so they are denying payout. im filing for bankruptcy next week after i get the car back and stripped of the parts i want.

:ohnoes

I’d contact a lawyer. Too much money to just accept that at face value.

correction… not the agent… the adjuster… improper terminology im sure i would be criticized for in the future.

i agree with you… but insurance companies are bastards, look at health insurance companies, they dont give a fuck if people are going to die… they still wont help them out… so what im trying to say is that it would definitly be a serious uphill battle

I am not critizing? Regardless, isn’t the adjuster an “agent” for the insurance company.

It’s a lot of money and they will do anything to not pay out. To me, it’s their responsibility to PROVE it’s your modifications that caused that.

No doubt. :frowning:
