I have been looking for new shocks for my truck. 2003 Chevy 2500HD, Duramax, Crew Cab, Long Bed, NO lift stock ride height.
I see 6 common brands not sure which to choose.
Rancho
Sky-Jacker
AC-Delco
Monroe
KYB
Bilstien
Anyone have a brand they prefer and a reason why?
Bilstein is one of the better manufacturers
Gabriel VST. decent stock shock. ive had them on a few vehicles and am pleased. they may or may not make them for your truck but youll have to check.

base line bilstiens are equivalent to a top of the line monroe. ranchos blow they dont last very long.
The Monroe Reflex are a very good performing shock at a low price. If you don’t mind spending money, you can get more out of bilsteins though
