Turbo 350 Tranny

what would i have to do to put a built turbo 350 tranny with 3200 stall speed stall converter in my lt1 f-bod…im buying the whole set up for 650 bucks off of my brother…

and possibly…he might be selling the 70 nova…
it has a 8.5 rear end with 3.73 posi
and the car is beautiful…no motor or tranny though

do u think it will be hard to do or not…i want the overdrive…but this is a quick fix i think for now…idk…we will see

Hey now I was gonna come but my girl lost her phone so I had to take her all over the place looking for it yesterday. Ill be at quaker on the 12 if my cars done by then.

I like the 700r4 (4l60) alot for a couple of reasons…

  1. Low 1st gear, good for racing
  2. if it was built after 1986 or so, they are strong and solid trannys
  3. Can be built just as strong as th350’s for just a bit more (maybe 5 to 10%)
  4. Overdrive will make you back that money in a short amount of time…
