That car was in the newest (well, there might be a newer one out now, I haven’t checked the newstands in a few weeks) GM High Tech Perfomrance. I guess it’s a cool swap and all, but it looks pretty sloppy under-hood and no way it’d ever be “legal” (at least here it wouldn’t). With the CTSV having so many advantages (for example, better brakes which the article lists as a problem w/ that CTSV, w/ the extra power he killed the stock brakes quick) why bother? Then again he runs a turbo Buick shop if I remember and the motor was just sitting around.
