really it depends on how the owner loads up the dyno
I bought the cam from this shop owner. He told me to bring my car in for the install and dyno tune and he will Hook me up…I dont need any other reasoning.
measuring WHP is not a science, its a guess. every dyno is different. as long as u stay on the same dyno for every tune/upgrade, u will be able to see what u have gained/loss. i mean u still have the weather factors ect ect but its as close as u will get.
