Yeah i download at like 4 kb/s on vpn. I also paid to join the off campus hub and that sucks too because not enough people are sharing
yeah if theres a way to get off campus sharing someone tell me. the VPN thing just doesnt work anymore. I loved how you could just download full albums and directories off there. I have been using SoulSeek but i cant find what i am looking for a lot of times. I dont understand the torrent thing at all so that doest work for me either lol.

We dont want to pay for our internet bandwidth for people to download files. It has been increased once since professors and such who are VPNing into school for school related reasons were getting timeouts so we just packet shaped any DC/P2P traffic on the internet1 line

Well, it looks like its just ramping up. Mr_Clean was just turned on today, apparently i was sharing WAV’s, and thats no good… UGH…
