UGG Women's Classic Crochet in Sand size 8

They look new to me. But i think Ugs are the nastiest fucking things aside from crocs so I may not be the best judge on what a pristine pair look like as I avoid girls in them, including my wife.

Solution to this situation: Take them out back, soak in gasoline, let them sit for a minute or two, throw a match at them, make your girlfriend watch them burn, go buy a set of non hideous boots.

They aren’t BNIB, so that is lame, but they don’t have any marks on them. You paid $50 for something that costs over $100 and what you got isn’t perfect. Stores sell things that aren’t perfect at a discount too. If it sounds too good to be true it is. Buyer beware. Cliche douchey saying.

I think it should be noted that they were advertised as brand new and are not. Pretty lame.

Johnnylude’s time must be pretty much worthless though, to me shopping is the bigger pain in the ass than spending the money and you went to the store to ask how new they looked. I could’ve made the difference up between these and the new ones in that time if I was working. You got something cheap and you are bitching that it isn’t perfect. By no means did you get ripped off, deal with it. I bought a BMW this summer that was advertised as having a new cooling system and I made it 5 minutes out of Rochester before it over heated. What could I do? Nothing. Don’t be a baby about it. Get a job where it isn’t worth your time to bitch about this.

Plus tell your girlfriend how amazingly dumb she looks in these. She isn’t from Long Island, no one wants to be from Long Island. I bet you both have matching north face jackets, I only ever see two people together with those things. And I have never in my life thought “That girl wearing UGG’s looks cool.”

I’d like to state that I got an infraction for BS in this thread, Freek I hope you’re giving them out like candy.

Yup , here’s another. Everyone else has made valid points and useful statements. You’re the only one who made a dumb ass comment of "Maybe he wore them since no one was interested? lol " valid point… dumb ass comment. get a fucking clue.

I don’t understand why you guys care what he paid. That does not change the morals of a situation. Just because someone is getting a “good deal” does not make it ok to not deliver as described. In any situation.

I will concour that the ugg does have some wear to it but not to a extent that wore/used. Everyone has a different opinion on being brand new/used. For example: lets say you go to a clothing store. buy a t-shirt that is brand new with tag is that shirt still brand new if someone tried it on before you brought it? lol

Its basically your story against his.

These are the senerio that could of happened: [this is taking into account the wear and situation]
Steve/girl tired the uggs on and walked around in them and still considered them brand new as they only tried it on and not “used them” used them so in steve mind it still considered brand new and then sold them to johnny

Johnny could of got the uggs brand new with no wear on them, johnny/girl tried them walked around and then took the pictures

All in all, The shoes has very minor wear on them so i would considered them brand new with some scuff from trying them on from the pictures [ so im not agree with johnny that it is in deed used but rather tried on/test fitted]

Were the scuffs on both shoes? if they are only on 1 shoe then i would considered it brand new/unused/not-tried on
but if it was on both i would considered it as brand new with exception to trying them on.

End conclusion:
Johnny you got a good deal even if that ugg has very minmal wear. After about 4 steps in the uggs outside on the concrete sidewalk it will equal about that much wear. [if you wife dont want it i got $30 on it]
Steve, If you knew they had a little wear to them, you should of stated it

/Close Thread.

At this point we are beating a dead horse.

“You paid $50 for uggs for your gf, if you wanted perfectly brand new in the box you prob should have paid the extra $”

What I paid for the shoes shouldn’t be an issue. So if I paid the full asking price of $100 then I can say something??

Just wanted to state the facts! Also the fur on the inside being matted down wouldnt of occurred from someone just trying on the shoes a few times. But im not an expert on the physical characteristics of fur. Steve never once comment on this thread saying that they were indeed BRAND NEW IN BOX (except in the original description) to defend himself.

I never once asked for a refund… all i wanted to do was alert the NYSPEED community about a shady seller.

lesson learned is to fully inspect an item before buying it and to never throw out a low ball offer (always pay full price for used items)

DONE!

:lockd:Closed per request of both buyer and seller.
