yes i am well aware of that, they fucked up a good amount of peoples pay checks
what’s strange is i get paid twice a month but the billing cycle is every 2 weeks…so i put my time card in for 2 weeks yet the billing cycle was 2 weeks and 4 days…crazy stuff

I don’t think it ever works out that you lose money by working more - not how the tax tables are set up.
You don’t loose more money its just less money you see in the pay check that you get to physically touch until returns come out. Then if you are still under the next tax bracket you get a bunch back, if you are over then you don’t see as much of it back. I have figured that if I have more than 21 hours of OT per pay period it starts to limit how much I actually see on pay day.
I am the true OT whore at work. I’m makeing more than some of my supervisors.
with all the technology out now you think you could punch in each day and then at the end of the week go to machine swipe your card and out pops a pay check with all the proper stuff eliminating retarded payroll employees and a pay cycle that is two weeks behind.
