I’ve been looking for a KA24DE for a 1991 240sx, but I’ve had more luck finding S14 OBDII motors then good condition S13 ones. So will the S14 still be a bolt in and plug and play installation?
the ka24de in the s13/s14 are pretty much the same, the later s13’s came with a little more aggressive cams.
It’s the ECU that has the OBDII that you prolly don’t want . . .
I have a KA24DE from a 92’ for sale with the 5 speed tranny.
It will mount right up.
OBDII didnt come in any S13’s
They are all OBDI, until i think 95 or 96 then every car required the standard OBDII to simplify things.
It will work with an S13 distributer and an S13 ecu
