Understand taxes and the economy in 11 minutes

[ame=“http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=66z5TDrwPxM”]YouTube - Taxman In The Casino: The Truth About Taxes And Our Economy[/ame]
Taxes and the economy broken down into an 11 minute video, in relationship to the presidential candidates of course.

Think that the rich man doesn’t need all that money? Think again. Watch the video.

OK, which one of Pittspeed’s political hot shots can objectively (and maybe even factually) disagree with this video.

So all the small business owners that already don’t pay taxes and pay their employees under the table while they collect unemployment will continue down the same path.

Way to go McCain, you maverick you

Hey guess what, maybe Joe the Plumber is a crack head and blows all his money. He could use the socialist health care plan after all.

Are you really tying McCain to collecting unemployment? I guess you want us to spread around the brains too? If somebody is a crack head and they blow all their money, Obama will have their back. If somebody wants to work hard and plan out their life responsibly, how is it fair that the morons that don’t get all kinds of hand outs that create dependency.

I realize that we all get knocked down every now and again, and collecting unemployment from the government will serve its purpose to get you back on your feet - but it is the people that don’t even try to get up that really keep the country down. If Joe turned out to be a worthless crack head, he is just a parasite and he can suffer from his decisions if he doesn’t turn his life around. Boo friggin hoo.

everyone should just go to the casino

I don’t have time to enter a full fledged argument tonight but I’ve been knocked down. It sucks. Right now health care costs are impoverishing many in our nation. I know for a fact the welfare system is being abused by average working Americans, whom McCain is stating to defend. I’m all about a hard work ethic and defending what you have. What it comes down to is, majority of America doesn’t have a ton of money, most have the right to vote, they can’t be classified D/R and they will be voting for Obama.

false. slum101

With what you just said, you don’t have to argue. I see eye to eye with you on it. Slumming 101 included.

Lottery tickets & gambling are sometimes referred to as the poor man’s tax. (not my words!)

wow, you think that every government official would have noticed that. Did you even watch the video??

There are a lot of fallacies in that link, I’m going to bed or I’d sort through them. Don’t believe everything you’ve read on the intranets, friend.

What video? I was reading an article. McCain lost, don’t address me as ‘friend’, I can’t stand that about McCain, we aren’t his effin friends. I don’t know you so we aren’t friends either. Just about every government official is a sleazeball. It doesn’t matter what they notice. They are strongly influenced by big business. This is what we have seen. I don’t believe everything I see on the internets, but I try to syphon through all of this rubbish on here and find a bunch of interesting points of view. I love how a bunch of people on here think they are real deal economist all of a sudden:

I don’t see what you’re so hostile about, friend.

can I be your “friend” also?
