I doubt AT&T can do anything…Apple owns the IPhone not AT&T its the only phone that AT&T does not have control of in their line up.
^ the ideal is that it may be illegal to profit from cracking the phone.
FWIW.
AT&T doesn’t have much to stand on though, they apparently didn’t subsidize the cost of the handset, as with most ‘proprietary’ phone/provider pecific models.
