rear brakes can be used on a 240, basically almost tha same swap as the Z32 rear brakes if your Q45 is the same as the 92 model type. it has a drum type e-brake and irc it has a one piston floating caliper.
and as for the 5 lug, the rears would work. not the front. the 240 rear hub bolt is a 36mm and soo is the 1992 Q45.
