I have a used VF40 turbo off a subaru. It was replaced under warranty and I was told all it needs is oil seals. The compressor and turbine spin freely and there is no preceivable play in them. I am making no claims about the over all condition of the unit. If somebody has a use for it make me an offer and we can arange to meetup so you can inspect it for yourself. for price I’ll leave it as make me a fair offer.
