Yes count me in “4 Sure!” I’m not sure about making it anywhere on the 14th however, the flight back gets in really late, around midnight. Do I need to show up for the Firday night rollin or can I just make it out for the 15th?

Apparently they want us to roll in the night before, so that all of the cars are in the building ready to go. Getting the car in on the 15th might be really really hard to do. If you can manage the 14th (with the new flight) that would be killer.
I have no idea when we want to cruise down. When do you all feel like it? I was thinking like 3pm, so we are there around 5-6pm, time to eat, get hotel, and then drop off cars. Maybe leave earlier like 1pm???

Who would like to be in charge of the hotels?
If we had someone that could get a corprate discount would be cool. Because the marriot downtown is $120 per night and it is about 2 blocks away from all the bars (Its across the street from the calary tower). If we stay at another hotel it may be cheaper than $120 per nght but the cab ride will eat up the money saved on the hotel expense.
So its just the 3 of us in the show: Zazam, Dconz, and SRBURG13.
Now seriously who else is going to come down to Calgary to support the club, so that I know how many rooms to book.
How comfortable are you dudes in sleeping in the same room as another member. If not, then it will be 2 per room (2 queens).
So we’ll need 2 rooms for sure, cause I know Tyler is coming, and will probably stay with me.

Hey Dan, can you send me your information like phonenumber and what not, so that I can contact you before the show, so that we can meet up in Calgary and roll in together or something like that?
Also, Nis240 and myself discussed that we would probably be staying at the Mariott in Calgary, so that we can just walk to the clubs on Friday night (we’re gonna fire it up). I beleive it’s $120 a night, but with 3 or 4 dudes in a room, its pretty cheap.
