im looking at getting upgrades for these items, just wondering what others have used and swear by. What are some better quality brands that specialize in these items? Also, a good online store where i can find these at a decent price

For cams i’d look at tomei, hks or jwt.
HKS are the cheaper of the 3.

Valve springs
Take a look on the freshalloy forum. Some guys did tests on a bunch of springs and there is a really good thread/writeup on this.
