an L36 turbo would shit on the LS4…there are not many Fast Fwd Ls4’s i can think of a few, but they are rare. The Z7 is cheaper and will make more HP per dollar than the LS4

Not yet, just put 1.84 Rollers in and a tune from Will @ Overkill. Made a nice difference up top. Depending on funds winter time should be busy.
Mtsman on here took me for a spin in his turbo’d Regal LS on Friday, and it was very… IMPRESSIVE… to say the least. FWD 3800s can pull awesome with turbocharging- your car will be a totally different beast if it runs anything like his does when your done.
I have not rode in Ed’s Regal yet, but that is a little bit further than I want mine to go at this point. I am gonna need a trans for sure to get anywhere even close to Ed’s. I would be very happy with a reliable 325 -350hp, as Ed’s put down somewhere over 500 at the wheels IIRC.
Hopefully I will see Ed soon and take a spin as we live very close to each other.
I’m kicking around the idea of building a tranny for mine. i haven’t committed to anything yet though. I do have a 98 doner HD trans but i’m not gonna throw it in without openning it up
i figure around 5-$600 for the master kit, solenoids, thrust washers, valves etc that may be worn.

St2 axles - $300
3.29 gears, 7/8" single chain - $275
transgo shift kit - $60
cooler - ~$50
if i do a tranny for this car the shit is gonna hit the fan.
