i hate to be that guy but would you take $100 for it. this kit is actually in need of alot! of tlc. my plan is to use just the shells and hardware and rewrap it. i wont need the hardware or cymbals just shells

No problem. I can’t go anywhere near there. I’ve had offers in the past when I wasn’t selling for near my asking price in the same condition.
