I would think you could buy the Iphone5 adapter cable and just replace it. I could source a cable if anyone was that serious.
the iphone 30 pin to lightning adapter is $30 from apple
I know these don’t work with the Dice ipod units. It will only power the phone, not play any audio. Not sure about the Blitzafe ones though.
