looked in bag and they gave me 2 whoppers and a large fry, no drink. So i told them they gave me fries instead of the drink. and they told me to keep them.
you can eat anything you want, just exercise to burn it off. my little 5’8" 176 lb. body usually gets 2 whoppers at burger king or 2 big macs at mcdonalds. I also bust my ass at the gym to make sure I look how I want to.
I have been trying to gain weight for a few years now and it finally is starting to work. I usually have a couple steakums at midnight right before bed and eat like a pig the rest of the day and I haven’t put on any weight until I started going to the gym hardcore and lifting a lot more. I put on 15lbs since January, my waist is still a 31-32, and my bench went from 170 to 265.
Jeeze i used to eat all that when i was in high school in 2000. in high school i weight about 115lbs. i looked in the military book and saw what i was supose to weight 130 so after high school i gained 15lbs and became 130lbs. it’s all good i exercise regularly and i stay at the same weight. i can eat all day long and i don’t eat after 6:00pm.
