Then don’t ever buy a performance car PBJ, ever. most cars are beat on in one sense or another, and that doesn’t even include the ones that get the treatment straight from their manufactures before packing and shipping.
Personally I wouldn’t buy a car like that that wasn’t run hard. Least I know it can take it from the get go…

yup, then I used to PDI cars at honda, all of them saw WOT . normally the cars only had 3 or 4 miles on them. gotta break them in right.
Maybe it was but I bought it used at 48k and now its got 69k and has no issues.

There’s a MKV GTI over at Langan Audi/Porsche on Central Ave that looks 100% stock & taken care of, probably has rather low miles too, but really it was a race car turned back to stock that got the shit beat out of it at Watkins Glen & other race tracks. Now I bet the new owners, or people looking at that car, are going to be told/think it’s a well cared for, “babied” car…
