Small bedroom available, basically there is enough room for a twin bed and a small desk and dresser.
Rent includes water, heat and hot water are electric. No cable at the moment, with no plans to get it. We do have road runner though.
These apartments are no palace, pretty sure they are government subsidized, so the rent is super cheap; 470/month for a 3 bedroom ‘town house’ total income for the house hold cant exceede 51k or so. I think if you make more than 20-25k, you make too much. lol
Your share would be like 150 ish plus electricity and internet. (typical summer bill is $60, not sure of winter)
No dirtballs, druggies, parties. Must be easy to get along with and clean up your own mess as you make it.
Basically this is for a GCC student who doesnt want to live on campus.
