spending no more than $7000. I would prefer to buy a car around that price, don’t want to buy a rust bucket or a beat up vehicle as I plan on keeping it for a while

just buy a real silvia if it come down to you cant get insurance buy a cheap 240 for 400$ and swap vins …works fine probably illegal but who cares
