95, you should have known coming into this thread that you will not change their minds, and they will not change yours. For those of you interested, check out the creationism museum. Its real life scientists (yes, that even use those PROVEN formulas) and prove how creationism, the flood, etc could have happened from a scientific viewpoint.

It’s not a matter of convincing beliefs anymore though. The principles and theories that built the world around you are being disagreed with. I don’t give a fuck what god someone believes in, or if you think that Allah reincarnated as a pimple on your brother’s girlfriend’s cousin’s left testicle. When you argue against the things that are fundamental in this world, and are the foundation of of our technological society, you are just giving up faith in humanity if you ask me.

Unless you are basis your argument on the unit of time is a made up number which is a slightly more valid argument that the decomposition of an atom
But then you can argue how much of the original sample there was, or if it got mixed with any other C14 in its existance creating a false reading. The method itself works, but assumptions are made to believe the results that one gets
