CANONSBURG, Pa. - On Tuesday, police filed charges against seven people they said were involved in duct-taping a student to the wall of a local school. Chief James M. Horvath of the Chartiers Township Police said charges were filed against six juveniles and one 18-year-old student in the incident that took place at the Western Area Career & Technology Center, in Canonsburg.
Police said they received videotape found by an administrator of the Western Area Career & Technology Center, in Canonsburg.
The video showed a student being duct-taped by his arms, hands and head to the wall of a bathroom, police said.
According to police, an aerosol was sprayed on the student’s shoes and the floor and then ignited. THATS A LIL ILL BUT SHIT WE USE TO LIGHT THE HIPPIE KIDS PAINTS ON FIRE
The student was not injured.
The juveniles – ages 15, 16, and 17 – were charged with criminal conspiracy, recklessly endangering another person, risking catastrophe and institutional vandalism.
Police charged the 18-year-old with the same counts and an added charge of corruption of minors.
