Everest doesn’t like to respond to emails… this is my second email that I’ve sent inquiring about their straps without a response now.
I like the blacked out look but wish they would have just left the original aluminum bezel. Very cool though.
it takes a lot of the weight out of the watch surprisingly… diamond is lighter than metal i guess

do you know how much of a pain in the ass it is to reset a triple calendar movement? (i assume that you do) It literally takes like 3-4 mintues to remember how to set that stupid day / month wheel and then there are times of the day when you’re not supposed to do it… i hate that.
i don’t even know how to set a perp calendar… that will be fun someday… not someday soon thoguh.

I have a day/date on my Oris and even that is a pain. Although, I usually just roll the time forward and let the day/date go forward on their own. It’s not that bad if it’s only a day or two behind. How far behind does it typically get?
bing, how much did the bezel cost you? must be expensive based on the size of the diamond.
when the date wheel is a hand on the perimeter of the watch and you add the day/month features in it gets weird. you can only properly change it at certain hours of the day when some of the sub-wheels are not partially engaged. It’s in the manual but i forget the finer points.
You can’t go back on the month or date features either like you can on a day/date (since the date is on the perimeter) so if you go one over on the day you have to click through all the days of each month… 364 clicks bro…,. and then if you go one over again… FUUU!U!!

don’t know dude. the bossman did 4 of them through his ‘watch guy’ in Cali who did the diamond work on the breitling’s the guys bought in year’s past. NYC for the PVD. it appears to have been quite the chore.

no comaprison between the watches though… an 18k Daytona with the bracelet is about as awesome as you can get for wrist-wear

It’s definitely more comfortable than the bracelet and it’s much quieter than the bracelet but i’m not 100% sure that i like the look of it…
