Water Spout sightings?

just called the weather channel and Don Paul made me aware of numerous water spouts reported over the lake? if i’m not mistaken, isn’t this similar to a tornado only on a lesser scale and consisting of water?

just curious if anybody that lives on or near the lakes has heard of this or seen any…of if anybody has any pics…i think they’d be pretty badass to see.

We have a cottage on Lake Erie. I’ve seen them 3-4 times.

The best was the time that tornado tore through Dunkirk/Fredonia.

No pics, but they are bad ass.

my dad is at his house on lake erie and he just called me, mentioned nothing about water spouts…

when i was in myrtle beach a few years ago there were several water spouts in the lagoon we were by, or ocean…idk but they seem pretty close. i took about 10 pictures of them and none of them were in my package when i got them back from rite-aide… bastids stole my pictures.

The day of the Fredonia tornado… It seriously looked EXACTLY like this from our shoreline.

I’m actually amazed these are not photos from that day, these are from lake Erie though.

I counted 5 at once that day.
