I assume you are talking about the water ski show at Jumpin Jacks in scotia… they have them every Tuesday during the summer. the burgers there are awesome.

Althou the food at jumpin jacks is great, and its deff a novelty thing because its been there for so long… It can be quite exspensive compared to some places
jumping jacks is great but i went the the waterskiing show last month and it was AWFUL. it was like 3 hours long and there were maybe 4 sweet 5 second jumps. not worth it. go on youtube and watch a waterskiing video and dont waste your time at the show, thats my opinion.
they are a competitive water ski team, they have to have all those “lame” acts in there…
they are also limited to an hour show when they compete, so their actual shows will not go over 1 hour 30 minutes. Maybe you got there early when they were warming up or messing around, but it would never be that long.
i lost track of time caus the show was so boring ;D
seriously though, ive got a lot of respect for what they do, but its just pretty boring to watch live in my opinion. watching a highlight reel is one thing, but their live show isnt very impressive.
