Looks like I was running low 2:20’s in white stuck in traffic and mid-high teens when I was in black. Not bad, not fantastic either though. It was my first time back at the Glen since 2005 though so I’m not particularly upset about it.

Pilot Sport Cups. Dave is a little faster than me right now @ WGI, but he does have more seat time in the car and at the track (ricer excuses). I’m just a hair slow through the esses and it’s causing me to be down about 800rpm from him in 5th.
So how expensive is a day at the glen ?
Depends on who you run with. Anywhere from $225 to $600 per two day event.

Mike, are you or Dave gonna be competing in the 350z at some point? Competing in any car?
My best was a 2:17 with I believe 2 hold-ups / passes, I gotta check the data later tonight or tomorrow w/ Cassie. I’m sure its good for sub 2:15s since I ran that last year with a bit less experience (the lap before I blew it up LOL), I bet with some more seat time Mike and I could get it below that. Car’s quick, I can get past GT3s handily, not Cups though hahaha, I wish, its kinda in-between class wise, too modded for T2 (front a-arms I believe, and some interior stuff that would have to go back in) so we’ll likely do some Redline Time Attack events and set it up for NASA PT/TT but that will require re-caging it. Mike is also doing a TON of drift events, that is, if I can keep from fucking him over by running into things HAHAHA (oops, more on that later, don’t feel like posting it today, heh)

Ahh, word. Figured it had to be someone from around here with the FLR SCCA sticker on the side. There’s definately a few more pics of it in the set I posted the link to. 
^^ That red one is my old mechanic, Joel Reiser. I went out in my friend Lou’s similar turbo and had the most exhilarating 20 minutes of my life. They started -really- racing (not giving each other point bys), swapping spots on just about every other turn, and trying to out brake each other without swapping paint. It was PHENOMENAL. At the end of the session Lou turns to me and goes “And that, my dear, is the closest you will ever get to racing without going pro.” Ugh, I can’t even really put it into words about how extraordinary it was. But yeah, hands down best moment of my life.
