he revs super high, lets the clutch out a little too fast, the bike lunges, he lets the clutch go the rest of the way, and I watch my pride and joy go flying down a 6 foot drop off into some trees with my brother on it.

I still don’t know for sure what I want to do at this point. I think I’ll probably just bring it back to normal by spring, and sell it. Doesn’t feel right to keep it anymore after this.

ebay has tons of random cbr fairings and misc parts for relatively cheap. i am assuming people that wreck their bikes post whatever is salvageable up there. fix it up, and enjoy!

I let some asshat take my bike for a ride in the beginning of the season, and he managed to skip my brand new arai helmet across a gravel driveway, successfully ruining the face shield and scratching it all to hell… I was completely furious (kid vanished, blocked my number, haven’t seen him all summer)… Lesson learned… But i couldn’t even imagine what this feels like.

As much as I try to laugh at what happened, I simply cannot. I know down the road sometime I’ll easily laugh about it because it was a funny scene, but right now whenever I think about it, I get furious and start yelling in my car. 
Ugh paulo that sux, I simply would never ride anyones bike for that reason alone, cars yes, bikes, you really have to know what your doing. glad its at the end of the season, gives you time to decide what you want to do, plus your not gonna miss much riding time, GL
