There is like NOTHING aftermarket for these cars yet…which is pretty good I guess, so I’ll keep it stock through the winter then… go mod happy in the summer.
BUt danm…it’s so nice driving something nice,quite and smooth riding…I almost don’t want to sacrafice it for mods.

edit: just saw a wrx sedan at wegmans on lunch… it actually doesn’t look half bad, needs a drop badly though

I wouldn’t say previous sti’s/wrxs are not good dd’s.
sure the sti is a bit stiff…but it works fine as a DD.
my 08 drives aboutt the same as my 02…with the exception of the turbo lag and power down low.
I guess with out the big scoop it doesn’t scream hey cop looky!

i guess years of driving the elise and my sti on D2s have done a number on what i think is a cushy ride. When i had sam’s STi, i thought it was so smooth and cushy.

all they have is sport springs and those wheels (prodrives)
the body kit is just the premium package from subaru

I guess I am one of the crazy people that kinda loves the new ones, although I would not get the sedan… hatch all the way. I am considering it as a possible next car in lieu of getting another expensive luxury car (currently have a e46 06 bmw 325 coupe)
I really like the Legacy’s too, but I have developed a weird obsession with wanting to own a hatchback. Scobby and VW GTI are at top of the list.
