Went out for an inspection...

Weaver wouldn’t pass the Yamaha - supposedly had a minor leak in the front fork seal…

So I signed the p-work on trading it in for one of these…

couldn’t take it home because it wasn’t the one on the floor I was getting as I expected…
Mine currently is still in a crate w/out any fluids/battery in it.

I pick it up after work & will leave with an inspection and a torturous break-in process.

das it mane.

Photo not working.

based on the photo address i think its one of these

Prerty sweet!

Shoulda got dat Polaris Slingshot.

Awesome!

Or a Miata and wear a helmet for no reason

what up - haven’t really taken any decent photos yet, just been riding around trying to get the break-in process over with so i can hammer on it…
here was the first day stopping for sushi w/ my cousin …

Those are a bit silly…

How long’s the break in process? Bike looks great

^^Thanks! first 50mi were super grandma mode…no steady speed riding - they want you to do more or less to stop/go city riding… vary speeds, get in every gear, no WOT and stay under 50mph.

I’m at around 80…so from here to 600mi, its under 6k rpm, no heavy load - like being in a low rpm and a high gear and just opening up throttle to slowly let it build up…

once i hit 50mi, i hopped on the thruway to see how bad wind would be…surprisingly not terrible. wouldn’t go cross country, but fine for normal commuting around here.

took a little offroad too…its stiff for that, but capable/fine. it shines on the street much more than any other terrain, for sure.

Someone I know wadded his 821 up and it’s at Weaver’s now for an estimate. I’m trying to get him to buy one of these as I think the Monster is a write off. Tank alone in flat black is $2500, exhaust isn’t cheap, etc etc

^^^^the yellow normal one (icon?) is up for test rides there…tell em to try it out, sold me in a 15min ride. so nimble, and easy to ride.
