he’s priced reasonably compared to what the other homes on his street have sold for… but this is probably his best exposure to date. He hasn’t tried listing the house with an agent yet, only FSBO… which just doesn’t work too well in the Pittsburgh area, our market isn’t hot enough, and there really isn’t enough demand on the market to drive a fsbo market…
