Houses in this neighbourhood go in the high $60s, but this one could use some siding and landscaping. The windows and roof are ten years old or so, the hot water heater is new, the plumbing is mostly new, there’s a nice backyard with huge oaks(?). i hear the school district is decent, and the neighbourhood is very quiet.
so the pizza delivery boy gig is just not working out like ya thought, huh? who would have guessed it!
My step-mom-in-law is a realtor if you want to list it.
lol… it’s actually working out pretty well, fuel cost aside. i just want to finish college before i’m thirty, which necessitates working and spending less.
I make over $30k/year to drive in circles around Shaler 50 hours/week. I think I have it pretty easy for now.
